AGRI-HR treats your personal information, in accordance with General Data Protection Regulation, (called the GDPR), with effect from 25 May 2018 and current UK Data Protection legislation. This means that we are responsible for deciding how we hold and use personal information about you, namely for the purposes of the recruitment exercise, and how long it will usually be retained for.
We will comply with data protection law and principles, which means that your data will be:

Collected only for valid purposes that we have clearly explained to you and not used in any way that is incompatible with those purposes.
Relevant to the purposes we have told you about and limited only to those purposes.

In connection with your application for work with us, we will collect, store, and use the following categories of personal information about you:
The information you have provided on our application form
The information you have provided to us in your CV and covering letter.
Any information you provide to us during an interview.
Information about your health, including any medical condition, health and sickness records.
Information about criminal convictions and offences.
If you succeed in your application, the information will be used in the administration of your employment and may be provided to third parties as appropriate to include the Home Office, Gangmasters and Labour Abuse Authority (GLAA), parties involved in the organisation of your travel, insurers and any government agencies.
We may also use the information if there is a complaint or legal challenge relevant to our recruitment process or your employment.
We may check the information collected, with third parties or with other information held by us. We may also use or pass to third parties’ information to prevent or detect crime, to protect public funds, or in other ways as permitted by law.
We may use information collected from you to inform you of changes to our terms and condition, changes to the functionality of our website, that we are changing or introducing for your benefit.
While you are an AGRI-HR recruitment candidate or applicant, we manage information with regard to your application. We may store electronic mail and other communications we receive from you as a necessary incident to your application or inquiry regarding employment.
We may supply statistics about our company, customers, traffic patterns and other website information to third parties but this would not include any information about you personally or that in any way identifies you personally.
AGRI-HR reserves the right to access and disclose individually identifiable information to comply with applicable laws and lawful government requests, to operate its systems properly or to protect itself or its users.
We will not disclose personal and account information unless we have reason to believe that disclosing such information is necessary to identify, make contact with or bring legal action against someone who may be causing harm or interfering with the rights or property of AGRI-HR , our users, or others, or where AGRI-HR has good belief that the law requires such disclosure.
Neither will AGRI-HR, except for reasons stated below, disclose to third parties the contents of any electronic mail or other electronic communications that AGRI-HR stores or transmits for its users. The circumstances under which AGRI-HR will disclose such electronic user communications are when it is necessary: to provide service to the user; to protect the legitimate interests of AGRI-HR and its users; to cooperate with interception orders, warrants or other legal processes that AGRI-HR determines in its sole discretion to be valid and enforceable. AGRI-HR will, however, review, delete or block access to communications that may harm AGRI-HR, its users or third parties.
Correction, erasure, withdrawal and restriction
